- The fourth application to prospect for gold, silver and tin outside Napier by Cienth (Pty) Ltd has been refused by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE). Read the DMRE’s response here.
- Takalani Environmental Consultancy submitted its FINAL Basic Assessment Report to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, which included comments received from Interested & Affected Parties. Read the final BAR here.
- The Basic Assessment Report (BAR) was compiled by the Environmental Assessment Practitioner, Takalani Environmental Consultancy, and Interested & Affected Parties had to respond by 15 July 2024. Read the draft BAR here.
